Process of Free Consulting and Theme Setup Support
After purchasing the Eurus Theme, we will send you a Business Insight Form, designed to help us better understand your business, products, customers, and insights. This information will help us provide the most suitable design suggestions for your site that meet your specific needs. (This form is only valid for 1 week from the time you purchase the theme)
Based on the information provided, we will sketch the layout and send you the mock-up design via Figma.
If you approve the design, we will begin setting up your site based on the approved design.
Important Notes
Our free design and setup services specifically cover and are based on the Eurus theme and its features.
If you have any requests beyond the capabilities of the Eurus theme, we will assess them and consider offering customization services.
We'll evaluate your request and, if it's a minor adjustment, we're happy to provide this service free of charge. For extensive customizations, we may need to discuss additional fees.
Design & Set up Scope
1/ Our complimentary service includes creating custom designs for three main pages only:
Home page
Collection page
Product page
For other static pages such as Contact Us, About Us, FAQs, Customer Services, and Policy, we will utilize Eurus's existing page templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
2/ We offer complimentary design and setup for either desktop or mobile (your choice when completing the form). If you require optimization for both platforms, a modest additional fee will apply based on your specific requirements.
Design & Set up Revision Policy:
We accommodate one round of design and setup revisions, with all feedback required within 7 days of receiving your mockup/draft theme setup.

- If I purchase the theme on Shopify and install it, you will take care of setting it up optimally for me?
A: We just design and setup Eurus theme on main 3 pages: Homepage/Collection Page and Product Page
You will need to set up things in admin includes: products, images, meta-fields, payment method, shipping methods, blog, menu, etc.
- Can I extend the deadline to fill form and feedback?
A: Normally, the deadline cannot be extended. However, if you have a valid reason, please contact us and we will review your request. Please note that any deadline extension cases, if approved, will be given lower priority than cases submitted on time.
- Is that ok if we are not uploading all products, collection info, and images?
A: It’s not a major problem. We can work with your existing content or use free sample images if needed. However, we recommend uploading all of your complementary products so we can create a design that best fits your store.
- Can you release the setup sooner? before 5 working days?
A: The turnaround time depends on our current resources and the number of active requests at the time. If you would like the setup completed sooner than 5 working days, please contact us and we will review your request carefully. Kindly note that the final timeline also depends on your design confirmation and the number of revision rounds needed.
- Can you do the customization the layout/feature that Eurus can't do?
A: Please feel free to give us the detail request, we will check it case by case. If it's small request and not take time, we could include in this service. Otherwises, we'd like to add extra fee.
- After using your program, can our store go live?
A: Actually depends on how you configure your admin as this program just helps you set up theme on 3 pages only. You need to setup products, payment methods, shipping methods, blogs, custom pages, etc.
