Do you support to move theme to another store?
Yes, we can offer free support to help move the theme settings from Store A to Store B.
Instead of transferring the theme as a ZIP file upload, we can help import the theme configuration so the customer can replicate the same settings and setup on the new store. This way, the theme on Store B can still be updated normally in the future.
Conditions:
- Both stores must have their own valid theme license (Eurus/Maximize)
- Both stores must be using the same theme version
Here's some notes for this case:
- If you don't want to use Store A and want to close it, please contact Shopify to transfer the license https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/themes/managing-themes/unlicensed-themes
- Can you move all products, categories, meta-fields also?
Answer: No, we can't move data from store A -> store B, you must move data first (using 3rd apps, tools)
- If I have moved all data to admin, do we need to set up images and meta-fields in theme customization again?
Answer: Normally, once we transfer the theme configuration to Store B, you won’t need to configure/assign the images or metafields in the theme again. However, we still recommend reviewing everything after the transfer to make sure all settings are displaying correctly.
