Regarding the issue with the abandoning cart, we suggest getting the feedback from the customer to see if they find any inconvenience during the shopping experience.
You could also track the customer's behaviour on the site using a tracking tool. We suggest you use the free tool: https://clarity.microsoft.com/ to track the customer's behavior on the site to see what might be the cause. (This will affect to the site's speed, but you could integrate it for a while to see the causes and uninstall it later)
If the issue is due to the checkout page, for example, you find that the customer stopped at the checkout page --> I suggest you contact Shopify since the checkout page is managed fully by Shopify.
Besides, you could check other elements such as:
- Is there any change in the market?
- Have consumer buying habits changed?
- Is there any recent actions from the competitors?
- Has your current product or service's level of competition changed compared to before?
